Big Pictures Terms and Conditions THE BIG COLLECTION LTD of 1164 Coventry Road, Yardley, Birmingham, B25 8DA, sets out the following terms and conditions for all businesses, organisations and individuals wishing to use the products and services of Big Pictures:- Reduced Rates: Reduced rates are providclasstitleheadered as per the trader price lists for the use of companies and organisations wishing to resell our products and services; end users must refer to the standard price lists. Under no circumstance may such prices be disclosed to the end user. Unless in excess of a retail value of £300 all first orders will be charged at standard rates, an account will then be opened and reduced rates will be provided for subsequent orders if ordered within no more than 30 days. The balance paid above trade prices on the first order will then be deducted from the second order. Subsequent orders will thereafter be charged at the trade rates and will only be raised to standard rates in the event that no order has been placed in the 30 days previous (in which case the account will have been placed on hold and the order will again be treated as a first order) or payment is received later than the payment date set out on the invoice. Catalogues and Promotional Materials: All catalogues and promotional materials sent from The Big Collection Ltd to resellers/account holders for the resellers/account holders use shall remain the property of The Big Collection Ltd and to that end must be returned within reasonable time if so requested. With the exception of the agents logo that may be printed on promotional materials (which must not be in violation of copyright or trademark laws) none of the promotional materials provided by The Big Collection Ltd shall be reproduced or used by the agent other than in their original form without expressed permission. Account Payment: Payment must be made within 30 days of an order being placed unless otherwise stated. In the event of late payment the standard list prices will be charged. Where no payment is received within 3 months of the payment date stated on the invoice a debt collection agency will be employed to recover funds. Copyright: The Big Collection Ltd can take no responsibility for copyright infringements on works that have been provided to The Big Collection Ltd or on works once they have been dispatched to the customer. No works provided to The Big Collection Ltd must be in violation of copyright law. Image Quality: In the event of poor quality or low resolution images being sent the customer will be notified of the sub standard product that may result. If the customer would still like to proceed with the order, all guarantees will be void. Artists & Photographers: Although The Big Collection Ltd takes care to only recommend photographers and artists that have a high standard of work and ethic level, we can take no responsibility for the actions of individuals that are contacted through our directories or are in any other way related to us.
